uji4d – Terms & Conditions
This document governs all terms of use for the uji4d service. By accessing or using this platform, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated herein. Please read carefully before you begin using the service.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing any page on the platform, or using any service provided by uji4d, you automatically confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full and without exception. This agreement remains in effect at all times while you use the platform's services.
If you do not agree to any of the terms stated here, you are asked not to continue using the uji4d service. Continued use of the service following any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the latest version in effect. The platform reserves the right to update this document at any time, and notice of significant changes will be communicated through your account or on the platform's pages.
These terms apply to all users, including unregistered visitors, active registered users, and any party that interacts with the uji4d service in any capacity.
2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full services of uji4d, you must register and create a user account. Registration is only permitted for individuals who are at least 18 years of age or who meet the legal age requirement applicable in your region. The platform reserves the right to request age verification at any time, and accounts found to have been registered by minors will be deactivated.
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Creating more than one account under the same individual constitutes a violation of these terms and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts without prior notice. You are fully responsible for the security of your password and the confidentiality of your account login information.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at registration, including your full legal name, an active email address, and bank account details in your own name. False or inaccurate information may result in your account being frozen and your balance becoming non-withdrawable. Any losses arising from inaccurate information are the sole responsibility of the user.
3. User Obligations & Responsibilities
By using the uji4d service, you commit to using the platform fairly, honestly, and in accordance with the applicable terms. Actions that are strictly prohibited for users include:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical tools to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform systems.
- Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Using an account for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
- Registering an account using another person's identity or falsified information.
- Taking any action that could unreasonably damage, disrupt, or overload the platform's technical infrastructure.
Violations of the above terms may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account, cancellation of all balances and pending winnings, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
4. Payments, Transactions & IDR Currency
All transactions on the uji4d platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No currency conversion fees are applied, and all account balances, bet amounts, and prize payments use the Rupiah unit. Deposits are made via local bank transfer to an account designated by the platform.
Users are responsible for ensuring that deposit transfers are made from a bank account registered in their own name and matching the identity used at registration. Deposits from accounts held in another person's name may be rejected and returned following a verification process. Deposit processing times vary depending on bank clearing schedules and the platform's internal verification process.
Withdrawals can only be made to a verified bank account registered in the same user's name. The platform reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawal requests that are suspicious or do not meet verification requirements. All transactions are final once processed and confirmed by the system — cancellations can only be made before the confirmation process is complete.
The platform is not responsible for delays caused by banking system outages, network maintenance, or other external factors beyond the control of uji4d.
5. Account Suspension & Closure Policy
uji4d reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account if there is evidence of a violation of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, system manipulation, or behavior that harms other users or the overall integrity of the platform.
A temporary account suspension may be imposed while an investigation is underway. During the suspension period, access to the account, balance, and all services will be restricted. If the investigation concludes that no violation occurred, the account will be restored and operations will return to normal. If a violation is confirmed, the account may be permanently closed and all balances may be frozen in accordance with the applicable terms.

Before the closure is processed, users are advised to withdraw all available balances through the standard withdrawal procedure, as any remaining balance after account closure may not be recoverable depending on the terms in effect at that time.
6. Intellectual Property Rights & Limitation of Liability
Intellectual Property Rights
All content available on the uji4d platform — including but not limited to interface design, text, graphics, logos, icons, animations, software code, and other visual elements — is the exclusive property of the platform or its legitimate licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use such content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
The trademarks, trade names, and logos of uji4d are protected intellectual property. Using the platform's name or logo without permission for any purpose constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights and may be subject to legal action.
Limitation of Liability
The uji4d platform provides its services on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee that the service will operate without interruption or error at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, uji4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service.
Users understand and accept that all betting activities carry inherent financial risk, and the decision to participate is entirely the user's own responsibility. The platform is not responsible for any financial losses arising from gameplay.
7. Changes to Terms, Third-Party Links & Governing Law

uji4d reserves the right to change, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without any obligation to provide advance notice for minor changes. For significant changes that directly affect user rights or obligations, the platform will endeavor to provide notice through your account or on the platform's pages. The latest version of the terms is always available on this page and supersedes all previous versions.
Third-Party Links
The platform may include references or information relating to third-party services. uji4d is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party services. Use of third-party services is entirely the user's responsibility and is subject to the terms of each respective provider.
Governing Law
These Terms & and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of the uji4d service will be resolved through the dispute resolution mechanism determined by the platform, and users consent to the relevant jurisdiction for the resolution of such disputes.
